The Association of Legal Administrators’ 2009 Expo Guide is the comprehensive source of information about the products and services offered by exhibitors participating in ALA’s 2009 Annual Educational Conference and Exposition in New Orleans. The 2009 Expo Guide will feature a comprehensive exhibitor directory, complete with company contact information, product and service descriptions, and booth numbers; a Conference Day-at-a-Glance; a list and descriptions of vendor-hosted workshops; a company list indexed by product/service categories; an exhibit hall map; and much more.

The 2009 Expo Guide represents a low-cost, high-ROI way to promote your products and services to more than 10,000 decision-making legal professionals. In addition to being distributed to each attendee onsite at the ALA Annual Educational Conference and Exposition, the 2009 Expo Guide will also be mailed to all ALA members in late April, shortly before the Conference in mid-May. The advance mailing will allow Conference attendees and non-attendees alike to use the 2009 Expo Guide as a vital reference to guide their purchasing decisions before, during, and after the Conference.

Only confirmed Conference exhibitors have the opportunity to purchase full or half-page display advertisements in the 2009 Expo Guide to complement their editorial presence. For added visibility, exhibitors can also upgrade their editorial descriptions in the 2009 Expo Guide by including color logos for their companies and/or products.

The trim size and ad sizes for the 2009 Expo Guide are the same as for ALA’s flagship publications, the journal Legal Management and ALA News magazine:

Trim size: 8.125” wide x 10.875” tall
Full-page ad, non-bleed: 7” wide x 10” tall
Full-page ad with bleed: 8.75” wide x 11.5” tall (with live matter kept ½ inch from all trims)
Half-page horizontal ad: 6.875” wide x 5” tall
Half-page vertical ad: 3.75” wide x 9.25” tall

Please note that four-color ads are preferred for this publication; in turn, these rates reflect color ad placements.
