Onsite Registration Management
We have the fastest Onsite registration available. We begin planning for your show months in advance, and one of our Event Managers will work tightly with you to a create a plan around the following critical elements.
Online Badge Preview
The single biggest delay for Onsite registration is caused by the need for badge corrections. If you use our Advance Registration services delays can be kept to a minimum with our Online Badge Preview sent to all pre-registered attendees for approval, so that errors can be caught in advance to minimize delays at the counter.
Express Check-In
All pre-registered attendees receive a confirmation email with a check-in barcode. With a printed copy of the email they are able to use one of our express check in stations to just scan and go.
Full Service Registration
Our full services registration areas handle most of the new registrations,
Self Registration
eShow provides self registration stations for attendees who want a shorter line and don't mind entering information themselves.
Remote Registration
We also offer the option of offsite self registration stations at places such as hotel lobbies, airport baggage claims or any area with an electrical connection.
