In support of NSHMBA’s mission and goals, our annual conference now features a research forum to further bridge academic research and practice.
|
Sessions will be held with discussions and presentations of papers with research and/or managerial implications for Hispanic professionals, managers and executives, as well as those individuals who work for, work with, or supervise Hispanic professionals. Papers were solicited on subjects such as Talent Acquisition, Retention, Performance, Marketing, Corporate Governance, Education, Best practices in organizations, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, or other topics of interest or relevance to both business researchers and Hispanic professionals and managers. The research forum is sponsored in part by the Business Journal of Hispanic Research and papers or presentations that combined academic research with managerial implications were especially encouraged. All research forum abstracts and the best paper in each category will be published in the Business Journal of Hispanic Research.
