Please email the Events & Logistics Department at events@nshmba.org to request a room block reservation form or for additional information

To receive priority housing assignments and to guarantee NSHMBA discount rates, requests must be submitted no later than August 10, 2008. Reservations will be accepted on first-come-first-serve basis.......so book early!
