Claudine Vainrub is the principal of EduPlan, an Educational and Careers Consulting firm since 2004. Recognized as an expert in Career Development, Resume Writing, College and Grad School Admissions Advising, her opinions have been featured on The Wall Street Journal, CNN en Espanol, CareerBuilder, JobDig, Diversity USA sites, International Career Development and Resume Writing Bestsellers, and other leading global media. Ms. Vainrub is featured as the weekly expert on Careers and Education all Tuesdays at 4:00 pm on Eli Bravo’s show on 1020 AM in Miami.

Claudine holds an MBA degree from the renowned University of Michigan Ross School of Business in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She also earned a B.A. in Communications and Journalism from Universidad Católica Andres Bello in Caracas, Venezuela. She is seven times certified as Professional Résumé Writer (CPRW), Personal Branding Strategist (CPBS), Personnel Consultant (CPC), UCLA College Admissions Counseling, and others.

Vainrub comes from the corporate world, where she attained senior management positions, such as Executive Vice President for Grupo Frigilux, overseeing an operation of over 1,500 employees. Her career includes 20 years of leading experience in Human Resources, Marketing Management, Research, Analysis and Strategic Planning, for companies such as General Motors Corp., Shiseido, and Digital Equipment Corp.

For eleven years, Vainrub conducted admission interviews for the Ross School of Business MBA Program. Ms. Vainrub was elected two years consecutively as Representative for Region 3 of the National Résumé Writers’ Association, where she remains active.

Claudine has lived in four countries; she speaks four languages, and has advanced composition skills in English and Spanish.
