NSHMBA is dedicated to providing programming and knowledge creation based on empirical academic research. As an industry leader in this initiative, NSHMBA has established itself as the preeminent resource for recruiters, executives and academics seeking insight into the Hispanic workforce and education. To further support this initiative, NSHMBA established the Research Forum, an open forum for conversations between the all-too-often disconnected worlds of academia and practice. At the forum, leading academics from leading business schools will present their findings about the current and future state of the Hispanic workforce and education.

The Research Forum is an opportunity for academics and practitioners to share best practices and connect on key challenges facing Hispanic Professionals and corporate hiring and retention practices.
Academics and professionals are encouraged to attend these interactive and informative sessions. Please join us for the second annual Research Forum.
