| The Brillante Award is the most prestigious honor granted by the society. It is given to outstanding leaders whose work and contributions reflect the society's mission: to foster Hispanic leadership through graduate management education and professional development in order to improve society. Recipients have demonstrated success in balancing the needs and perspectives of customers, stakeholders, and employees with organization-wide results. Their conduct, results oriented leadership, and support of the society has earned and maintains a high degree of public confidence and trust. In addition, they have provided exceptional service to the American people over an extended period of time. Award categories include Corporate excellence, Corporate Executive Excellence, Member Service Excellence, Educational Excellence, Entrepreneur Excellence, and Not-for-Profit Excellence. This event brings the Conference to a spectacular close with music and dancing on Saturday night. Over 600 are in attendance. |

Saturday Luncheon: $56,000 |
| The Saturday Luncheon is the largest of the conference with an attendance of approximately 1,500 people. The luncheon traditionally honors the scholarship recipients and hosts the Education for Success students. The program begins with a ceremony honoring the scholarship recipients and includes a special presentation from one of the winners. Sponsor will enjoy prominent placement of their logo on the presentation screens and throughout the venue. The luncheon also provides an ideal speaking opportunity for a company executive. |
| Friday Luncheon: $56,000 |
| The Friday Luncheon is a chance for a company to capture the attention of an audience of approximately 1,000 people. The lunch takes place on the opening day of Career Expo. |
| Friday Night Reception: $53,000 |
| The Friday Night reception is held on the second day of the Annual Conference and is a great opportunity to present remarks to an audience of approximately 300-500. The ambience of the event is filled with fun, food and entertainment. |
| Thursday Opening Party: $53,000 |
| The Thursday Opening Party is held on the first day of the Annual Conference with a high attendance. It is a great opportunity to present remarks about your company in a fun environment with food and entertainment. It is also the first opportunity to recruit people by providing incentives. Expected attendance is approximately 2,000-3,000. Sponsorship includes DJ, dance floor, basic A/V, food stations and cash bar. |
| Friday Breakfast: $45,000 |
| The Friday Breakfast is a meal function for about 350-400 attendees. Opportunities for sponsors include branding and signage, signs outside of the room, pop-up signage, project logo or messages on the screen, and customized center pieces provided by the sponsoring company. Performers and/or celebrities provided by the sponsoring company; speaking opportunities and opportunities to provide giveaways or do raffles. |
| Thursday Opening General Session: $44,000 |
| The Thursday Opening General Session is a premier sponsorship opportunity at the NSHMBA Conference & Career Expo. It is the first sponsorship opportunity on Professional Development Day (PDD) and convenes after the Continental Breakfast. The session features a panel of influential speakers presenting a powerful topic of interests to Hispanic MBA Students and professionals. The sponsor is invited to take the stage and present opening/welcoming remarks and introduce panelists to a captive audience of 500-700 people. Company name/logo will be prominently displayed in all conference materials, signage and presentation screens. |
| Thursday Kick-Off Luncheon: $44,000 |
| The Thursday Kick-Off Luncheon takes place during Professional Development Day (PDD). It is attended by 500-600 people and includes PDD attendees as well as the NSHMBA Leadership. Opportunities for sponsors include: branding and signage; signs outside the room, pop-up signage, project logo or messages on the screen; customized center pieces provided by the sponsoring company; performers and celebrities provided by the sponsoring company; speaking opportunities and opportunities to provide giveaways or raffles. |
| Thursday Leadership Plenary: $44,000 |
| span style="font-size: 10pt;">The Thursday Leadership Plenary features top Hispanic executives who inspire nearly 600 MBAs in attendance. | The Saturday Breakfast is a meal function hosting about 300-500 attendees. Company VIP representative will have the opportunity to address the attendees and welcome newcomers to Saturday's programs. Signage and other branding is available to promote the company. |

| The CEO Reception and Dinner is an exclusive, invitation-only reception for approximately 300 of the most senior executives in corporate America and influential leaders in the Hispanic community. The Reception and Dinner is held in a sophisticated off-site venue. Sponsoring this reception and dinner. |
