Welcome to the attendee service center.  So nice to see you again!

This is the place to get back into your registration form, make changes and add stuff. 

Are you farklempt because you lost your password?  No worries.  Click on the link to the right and we will email you the info.

Once you log in to your registration account you will be whisked to your original registration page.  You can modify your contact information, change family finder names and towns, and purchase additional meals, workshops, film festival passes, classes and tours as they become available.

MY SIGNIFICANT OTHER WANTS IN!

If you've managed to convince your spouse or domestic partner to attend the conference (let us in on the secret!), you can also add them now.  On the REGISTRATION tab above click on the drop down tab "New Registration" (or click here) and enter their info.  Choosing "spouse/domestic partner" on the payment page will create a "required" window at the very bottom where you need to enter your name and email, so we can check that they "belong" to you and that you are already a registered attendee.  Make sure to add on any meals or other extras they want, and then pay.  Simple! They will receive their own email log in and password, so tell them to make sure to watch for it in their inbox. 

MORE RELLIES WANT TO COME!

If you want to introduce a friend or relative to the joys of Jewish genealogy by treating them to a conference registration (what a fabulous idea!) you can also add any level of attendance -- full or daily -- but they must pay a regular, not a spouse fee, even if they are your favorite cousin only twice-removed.  (Unless, of course, you are cousins who are married -- in which case, mazel tov!) 

Children or full-time students also need to be registered separately.

You cannot yet purchase guest dinner tickets, but these will be available soon. You will receive an email once they are in the system.

Note:  You cannot cancel a registration through this system.  You must snail-mail in any cancellation requests, as per the instructions on your confirmation email.  Sorry about that.
