THREE EASY WAYS TO REGISTER
ONLINE: Register at your convenience 24/7.
BY MAIL: Download the registration form and send your registration and payment check by mail to the address listed on the form.
BY PHONE: Call 540-371-7535 to speak with any one of our staff.
BADGES You will receive an electronic authorization/badge preview request two weeks prior to the meeting. Badges and conference material will be picked up onsite at the Express Registration Counters. Please bring your confirmation email and all credentials to the meeting. The bar code included on this confirmation will greatly speed your process through self-registration or the registration customer service area.
CANCELLATIONS If received in writing before April 13, 2010, IPI will refund your meeting *registration, less a $50.00 administrative fee. Refunds will not be made after April 13, 2010 or for no-shows. Cancellation requests should be sent to:

TRANSFERS If received in writing before April 13, 2010, IPI will transfer your registration to another member of your staff, less a $50 administrative fee. After April 13, 2010, a $70 administrative fee will be accessed. All transfer fees will be payable immediately to execute the transfer. To transfer your registration, if necessary, please submit an online request through your account in the Attendee Service Center.
*Expo Hall tickets, Closing Gala tickets, Golf, RRC, Spouse/Companion registrations are non-transferrable.
CONFIRMATION OF YOUR REGISTRATION For registrations made online or via phone, confirmation of registration will be immediately sent via email. For registrations made with check payment via mail, please allow two weeks for processing; confirmation of registration will be sent via email immediately upon processing. If you do not receive confirmation after 20 days, please do not hesitate to call 540-371-7535 or email ipi@parking.org.
DIRECTORY OF ATTENDEES IPI must receive your registration no later than April 1, 2010 to be listed in the official online pre-registered attendee directory.
HOUSING IPI has made special arrangements with Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas for our conference attendees. Be sure to follow the link in your registration confirmation to reserve early to experience the greatest savings -- $159 plus a $25 food and beverage credit good through 1/1/10; thereafter, room rates increase to $189+ with no f&b credit. Those reserving by 1/1/10 will be entered for a 3-day COMP stay at Mandalay Bay during the conference.
*NONMEMBER REGISTRATION The registration form lists prices for all registration types at both member and nonmember rates. All IPI memberships are on an individual basis; registration status may not be transferred to others. Association professionals registering at the nonmember rate can take advantage of a full year of membership at the special promotional rate of $400 plus receive member pricing for your registration.
