Free back and side drape and booth identification sign (upon request)

Free 24 hour security from set up to tear down
Free pre and post registration lists of registered attendees, PLUS the option to purchase discounted mailing lists on disk
Free listing of your company name, booth number and a 75 word description of the products and services you'll be showcasing in a special PRE-Conference issue of the magazine, The Parking Professional and the "Virtual Tradeshow" on the official conference website (www.parking.org/conference) with an advanced "Product Match Making" feaure for attendees
A comprehensive exhibitor show manual, including a detailed checklist to assist you in all stages of preparation for the show
Three free booth personnel badges provided for each 10x10 booth purchased; with additional exhibit personnel badges available at special discounted rates
Free listing of your company, booth number, and product and services in the Official Conference Program Guide provided to all conference attendees
Free Pre-Show marketing postcards with "Show logo" and attached "VIP" Exhibit Hall passes for you to distribute to any potential customer, allowing them free access to the hall

Your exhibit space does not include, and therefore, would need to be arranged separately either on your own or using the OFFICIAL CONTRACTORS (a list is provided in your Exhibitor Manual)

Carpet or Padding for your booth
Chairs, Furniture, or any booth fixtures
Assembly, Dismantle or Rigging Services
Lead Retrieval Unit
Cleaning of your booth during the exhibit hall hours

*BECOMINGREENER 2008 Exhibitor Service Kits are available on CD and are sent directly from GES Exposition Services, the official show decorator, as well as available through the online Exhibitor Service Center, found on www.parking.org/conference a minimum of 90 days prior to the show. Most forms, however, will be available on the online Exhibitor Service Center by January 2008.
