Exhibitor Move-In Hours: 
Friday, May 30 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday, May 319:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.*
Sunday, June 17:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Exhibits must be fully installed by 10:00 a.m. Sunday. After this hour, no installation work will be permitted without special permission from IPI. 
* Buses and Vehicles: Please contact the GES Services office to arrange your move in time.
Special Note: *Exhibitors are invited to attend the “Meet & Mingle” mixer Saturday, May 31th from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. to network with industry leaders and new members prior to the official Expo Hall opening on Sunday, June 1.

Sunday, June 1

11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Monday, June 2

9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

and

4:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Tuesday, June 3

11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Exhibitor Dismantle Hours: 

Tuesday, June 3

2:00 p.m. – midnight
Wednesday, June 48:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon
No tear down is permitted before 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 3, 2008. All booths must be completely removed by noon on Wednesday, June 4, 2008. IPI, GES, Dallas Convention Center or employees thereof are not responsible for any crates/equipment/materials not labeled and prepared for shipment properly by no later than Wednesday, June 4, 2008 at 6:00 p.m.

Special Note For Move-Out: Your carrier must be checked in at the Marshalling Yard by noon on Wednesday, June 4. If your exhibit materials are still on the floor after midnight, Tuesday, June 3, 2008 and your carrier has not checked in at the Yard, Show Management will ask GES Services to load your materials and reroute them via GES Logistics at exhibitors expense.

Note: NO CHILDREN WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE EXHIBIT FLOOR DURING SETUP/DISMANTLE.

All booths must be completely set by 10 a.m., Sunday, June 1, 2008. Limited GES services will be available on any given day of Move-In after 6:30 p.m.
