+Spouse/Companion Program:  Dallas Dazzles Tour & Mystery! Spotlight on the Kennedy Assassination

This presentation takes the form of an investigation focusing on President Kennedy, alleged assassin Lee Harvey Oswald and Dallas nightclub owner Jack Ruby, all whose lives tragically converged in Dallas and forever changed the course of history.

The search for clues begins with a detailed walking tour through Dealey Plaza, revealing precise locations of key witnesses. You will stand on the infamous "Grassy Knoll" where Dallas resident Abraham Zapruder filmed his much-studied 8mm home movie of the president's fateful motorcade. This area remains the focal point of every major investigation into the assassination.  Where were you when President John F. Kennedy was shot? Return to that exact moment and examine the historical events at the actual locations where the "Crime of `the Century" was committed at the "Sixth Floor Exhibit", housed in the former Texas School Book Depository.  The Kennedy family, presidency and legacy are chronicled throughout the museum in photographs, audio-visual displays and short films.   An Audio Tour will be provided.

Lunch will be enjoyed in the West End on your own.

Afterwards enjoy a tour of the City of Dallas, including the Arts District, Fountain Place with over 1000 working fountains, and Fair Park home of the Texas State Fair and beautiful Art Deco Architecture.
