Attendees

The 26th Annual International Pizza Expo®
The World's Largest and Oldest Pizza Tradeshow
Las Vegas Convention Center
March 2 – 4, 2010

Can you imagine a place the size of four football fields with nothing but pizza-related goods, equipment and services? A place where you can shop and sample and network with your peers from around the world?  International Pizza Expo® – the Show of Shows for the Pizza Industry – is THE place to do business, to learn, to network and to deal.  And, we've even been known to help a few business get started and helped even more pizzerias to stay in business.

"We opened this business in 2003, as inexperienced and inadequately funded business owners at the age of 25.  Now in our 6th year of business, we have experienced a constant growth rate of 21% per year, and are now estimating over $2.5M in gross sales annually from our single location.  Most importantly, we are maintaining that same growth rate during this economic recession!  Our location is very small, but very high volume, offering lunch, dinner and catering.  The creativity in recipes that make up our pizzas is what have truly helped bring us this far.  We are now expanding into the upstairs of our building, transforming from what is now an 18-seat BYOB into a 100-seat restaurant with a liquor license.

It all started with the International Pizza Expo in 2003, which first guided us into our first set of operational systems, dough recipes, sauce recipes and the mentalities that we needed to get started.  Ever since, we have attended many more annual Expo's, thoroughly read every monthly edition of Pizza Today, and use the billboard forum on the (Pizza Today) Web site for Q&A for frequent issues that arise wherein we desire more perspectives.

We owe a lot of our success to International Pizza Expo and Pizza Today."
